What is contained in the cooling pack?

The cooling pack provided on this web site is 99.9% Water and 0.1% Dowicil
®. Dowicil ® is a nontoxic preservative designed to provide effective antimicrobial protection.

 

 

Is the information I give you secure?

SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Please note: email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting your credit card information. Placing an order at our online store is simple & easy!!

All you have to do is click one of the items under “Product Categories” and "add to cart"; your purchases will automatically be added to your shopping cart.

You can view your shopping cart by clicking on the "shopping cart" button on the top of our website. After you've completed adding your items to your cart, click on checkout and follow the instructions.

When can I expect to receive my order after I've paid?

Each item will give you an estimated lead time on the item(s) ordered only if additional delivery times apply. You should expect to receive your item(s) within 1 to 1 1/2 weeks from the order date.

 

Is it possible for you to contact me & say that my order has been cancelled? And why?

It is very rare, but occasionally an item may become unavailable at time of order due to stock or notifications of product discontinued by manufacturer. If this does occur, Max Pet Industries LLC will notify you immediately and inform you of why the order need's to be cancelled and/or put on hold until stock becomes available. We will immediately refund your payment if the order is cancelled entirely, or if the order is put on hold; you will have the option to cancel the order entirely or have us hold your order & funding until it is ready to ship. Again, this is highly unlikely, however sometimes things like this can occur as we're constantly updating our inventory.

Max Pet Industries LLC return policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item for a store credit, refund or exchange.
All Refunds will access a 20% Re-stocking Fee excluding shipping costs.
If the item is defective; we will issue a refund without charging a re-stocking fee. Max Pet Industries will determine whether the item(s) are defective.
Returns must be sent back in their original condition, instructions, packing material, etc., on or before the fourteenth (14) day from the original postmark (Original Shipping Date).

 

Return Instructions

1. Please mail all returns via a traceable shipping service as we're not responsible for lost or stolen items.
2. All items returned must include original packaging & tags.
3. Include a copy of your invoice/packing slip.
4. If you're exchanging an item(s) and the cost is higher than the original order you must enclose the balance due with your exchange either by credit card or money order (Payable to Max Pet Industries LLC).

5. All exchanges that are made which are products that ARE NOT defective will be subject to a re-shipping charge of $4.65 per item. This charge will be due by the purchaser & must be enclosed with the exchange. If you are uncomfortable with enclosing your credit card information with the returned product, please email us a info@maxpetindustries.com with all necessary information or you may telephone us at the number provided below. If the error was a mistake incurred by Max Pet Industries LLC., you will not be charged a re-shipping fee.
